I recently purchased a subscription. Why do I have zero days?

This typically happens when the user has more than 1 account in the system, which can happen when signing up with multiple email addresses.

If you recently purchased a subscription and have 0 days in your account, try signing in with another email address that you might have or search your email for an email titled "Payment Completed" sent from us which would appear in the account associated with the email.

If you cannot find this email and still have no days in our account, contact us and we'll take care of it.
